Sadly a ready 2 grow bag I ordered arrived contaminated though at the time I didn’t know that there was no need to worry. Customer support gave me the choice of either credit store equivalent to the product or a replacement order free of charge. Would recommend

The kit showed contamination within five days, but Zamnesia very kindly refunded me (with voucher). They did not have to do this as it is always wuestionable if it was the production, transport or customer who was the cause. Excellent service, would use again over any other provider.

Die Gläser als auch die wet bags sind super, aber eines der Gläser hat den Transport leider nicht überlebt. Hier sollte man noch etwas an der Verpackung feilen damit glasprodukte heil beim Kunden ankommen wenn der Postbote mal woeder Fußball spielt.

Been customer for zamnesia years and everything has worked near perfection. Had some problems with growboxes in history, but always had full refund without any arguing. Customer service is fast and friendly, prices are best on their field and site is simple to use. I can defienetly give five stars and and for reason!
