It would be a 5 STAR ☆ but until I have a crop it's 3.5 for service and delivery, 1st time grower just hope it's all good, I will change it to 5 ☆ when I've got a crop. Thank you and I will recommend and use ZAMNESIA again

Es hatte etwas gedauert und nach anfänglicher Skepsis und enttäuschung wegen eines Produktes daß von Zamnesia angeboten wird doxh von einem anderen Hersteller produziert wird. I love that the site gives out constant sales and free products showing theyre not just a money hungry company but that they actually care for their customers and their needs. anytime i wrote to customer support i got a fast reply and was never left disapointed. i only wish their grow bags/grow kits would be more reliable.

Purtroppo i kit di funghi che ho ricevuto inizialmente presentavano un'infestazione di sciaridi all'interno, ma il supporto clienti è stato eccezionale: si sono dimostrati estremamente veloci e disponibili nel gestire il problema, provvedendo prontamente alla rispedizione di 2 nuovi kit. Servizio assistenza impeccabile, il problema è stato risolto nel migliore dei modi.

I've ordered from Zamnesia a couple of times now, and both experiences have been smooth from start to finish. I went with their Valhalla truffles and their Hawaiian variety, and both delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Shipping was fast, faster than I expected honestly, and the packaging was discreet without being weirdly over the top about it. No awkward labeling, no guessing games, just a simple package that showed up on time. As for the truffles themselves, both batches were great. The Valhalla had a nice depth to the experience, and the Hawaiian ones brought a different, lighter energy. Quality felt consistent and fresh, not like something that had been sitting in a warehouse for months. Overall, a reliable source if you're looking for quality product without the usual headaches around shipping or packaging concerns. I'd order again.

It might take a tiny bit longer to get your delivery but it is worth the wait, great products and amazing costumer service. It's also worth checking out the full range of products, on quite a few occasions I happened upon things i needed and would have had to buy/order from other stores and instead could get straight from Zamnesia, even hand-fans and bags! Their ornamental peppers are a staple in our household, pretty to look at and those who like a sharp surprise enjoy eating or making them into oil and there is never a shortage of micro-greens/sprouts thanks to the selection offered by zamnesia. The one time there was sth missing from my order they fixed it right away.

All good, products are amazing!! The only thing that was a bit odd in my case was that, once the order had been placed, there were no updates on the tracking page for a week and a half, which makes you feel, as a customer, that something’s gone wrong. Specifically, it said the parcel was ready for collection at the point of origin, and there was no change during that time until it was updated to say it was being delivered in my city. It’s no big deal if you’ve experienced it before, but it feels a bit odd at first. Apart from that, everything's great, thank you very much
