Very good products, sometimes unreliable delivery duration tho

I ordered in December and even with the holiday mail my order came before Christmas, which I was not expecting. Also the customer service has always been very good. I've never had a problem getting a replacement for a defective product.

The website is very good and their products very good quality. The delivery time could be improved, since it says that for Germany takes approximately 2 days, and usually takes 5-6 days.

They sent their shipment really fast and neat but instead of a instruction sheet in order to make sure you use the kit right, they sent a brochure advertising their products. Lame and useless. Probably used it wrong and is going to waste.

Zamnesia offers a very extensive product selection. While some prices are quite high, you can often save money through their frequent promotions. Their bonus points program called Tribe is a nice extra, offering many exclusive products that are actually useful and worth it.

Everytime i order something from Zamnesia, there a little give away on top, and the best is: all of their seeds are wonderful .. give it a try and you will stay with zamnesia ;)

Nice people, but the shipping company they use, is a bit odd. I always prefer DHL.
