On a whole very good. A few times missing items per order but quickly rectified. Can be a bit unreliable with there offers.

2-3 days to send your order is a lie. Contacted them to stress i needed the product. 1ste blame the shipping agency, 2nd blame the warehouse and their new system. With a few more days for my deadline they waited untill it was to late. So good job waiting 1,5 weeks for sending my ****.

the order system automatically changed my address to a wrong one (i typed in my address correctly) my calls and emails to change the address seemed to have worked (was told the address was changed twice) but in reality it did not had to redirect the delivery to a packet shop to ensure i receive it the staff i spoke to were all extremely nice but I had to keep on top of the order throughout to ensure delivery on top of that the packet was dispatched more than ten days after the order - even though the promise was of 5 working days delivery. it then took nearly another week to arrive disappointing given that the order is time sensitive given the stressful experience i would not recommend zamnesia to others

I placed an order on February 28th, and it was created on March 10th. However, the package has never been delivered, and the status remains “The parcel is ready to be sent.” I’ve sent three to four emails, but I haven’t received any responses. When I called them, they were angry that I had called. Despite this, they offered to send a second shipment and apologized. The second order was created on March 17th and was delivered on March 20th, but the status still reads “The parcel is ready to be sent.” If you can’t send my products, and if they are expiring in a cargo facility, I would like a refund and an end to this frustrating situation.

What I received is as described. The items were well packaged. Hopefully the "fruits of my labor" will be as promised as all instructions have been followed down to the T.

My truffels were here and after trying some of them im very satisfied but my kratom gummies were missing .

Have to gp out of ur way to get listebed to sometimes but ive always had my problems resolved

Very good except for the delivery, always need to ask when to get it

Abit long delivery but all products came perfect and safely wrapped also just looked like a brown box pretty discreet

I was not pleased that my payment via Paypal was not accepted, however I believe that was not the fault of Zamnesia but the fault of Paypal.

I created my order early Monday morning. I carefully reviewed their stated timelines: “We always try to ship your order the next working day” and “Estimated delivery: 2–3 days.” In reality, it was shipped on Friday (the fifth day) after two follow-up emails and delivered the following Thursday (a total of 8 working days). The products are good, but don’t expect fast delivery.
