they time it took between telling my they received payment and will now package the shipment, and actually sending it was 5 days. not in transit. just waiting to be shipped out by zamnesia. 3x jet fuel automatic were submerged in water over night (they soaked and sank) then put into wet soil, 1cm deep, coverd with a bit soil. 5 days later still nothing. ( barneys farm amnesia haze auto is already growing, same method, same date) zamnesia just has no quality, sadly. they offer replacements, which for me, also never germinated. dont use zamnesias seeds.

Sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht mit dem Shop. Hat ein sehr breites Angebot und ist auch sehr Transparent. Vor allem die Infoblogs sind sehr gut gemacht, sowie hilfreich und auch der Kundenservice ist besonders hervorzuheben. Es handelt sich um ein Naturprodukt, wo nicht immer möchte wie der Mensch will, aber trotzdem ist Zamnesia bemüht die Kunden nicht alleine auf dem Schaden zu lassen, sollte mal eine beachtlich Anzahl der Samen nicht keimen. Ein wirklich höflicher und zuvorkommender Service, wo Kundenzufriedenheit nicht nur auf dem Slogan steht!

La consegna arriva sempre nei tempi previsti,e i ragazzi del team sono sempre pronti a risponderti in caso avessi domande…nel mio o l’ultimo ordine ho ricevuto 2 prodotti che non corrispondevano a quelli acquistati ,dopo averlo comunicato tramite e-mail ho ricevuto subito una risposta dí scuse insieme ad un paio di soluzioni per risolvere il problema…nel mio caso ho scelto di farmi rinviare i prodotti corretti,senza nessun costo aggiuntivo! Zamnesia has a huge selection of seeds and headshop stuff. They stock lots of different seedbanks but also their own seeds. I had mixed results with zamnesia seeds. Some germinated just fine, others did not germinate at all. In these cases their service staff quickly found a satisfactory solution. The promotions and sales keep me coming back.
