Reliable, no problems.

This was my first time ordering from Zamnesia, and I’ll definitely do it again. Everything went smoothly, and the products were excellent.

Not even a good company, they're talking about 3-5 working days fros shipping and i bought alot of times online never lost a package. I don't know how but they somehow managed to lose my package and now i'm waiting for my a new one a replacement order but they're never assuring that it'll arrive. The tracking i don't even know what it's supposed to mean. You'll give me a tracking code without it even working on the courrier you're using then why are you giving it to me. It' giving me false hope! I'll delete this review if i'm wrong but i'm not for now. Just use this site as your last option on the list and yeah it is legit i think. Their costumer service is good tho.

Any webshop can sell products, today a webshop stands out when they can provide amazing support when anything goes wrong. Zamnesia has proven again and again that they are trustworthy, reliable and understanding. They are a no brainer for anyone who wants a positive shopping experience! I rate them 7/5

I ordered my first set of seeds from Zamnesia, but they messed up the order and sent me just the newsletter instead (which was sent track and trace, and I paid full postage). It took two weeks to arrive, and after informing Zamnesia, they offered a voucher and free shipping on my next order. I have yet to receive the voucher, and I am still waiting to order seeds for my first grow. I gave two stars because I placed another order two days after the first one, and that arrived (but the order didn't include seeds). I was recommended Zamnesia by a trusted source, but form my experience I wouldn't recommended. Sorry, but that's just an honest assessment given the circumstances. Edit: I have updated the score from 2 to 4 stars, as the situation was eventually resolved to my satisfaction. I received a bonus voucher and free shipping, so all good in the end.

Hatte leider ein Problem mit einem Artikel und dieses in den Bewertungen mitgeteilt. Es hat nicht lange gedauert und dann kam eine E-Mail von Zamnesia, von der ich wirklich überrascht war. Der Service ist in der Kommunikation, Schnelligkeit und Lösungsfindung außerordentlich hervorzuheben.
