It takes a day or two, and then everything is sorted. You can also find a lot of "old" landrace weed here. Even if you have no idea, you'll be guided through the entire topic of weed cultivation with first-class instructions. All in all, a top-notch shop, highly recommended.

My experience with Zamnesia was generally good except from the proceeding of my order that late one week after my payment

We had a few seeds that didn’t germinate in our last order – which can happen sometimes. What really stood out was Zamnesia’s quick and fair response. Great website, had a small issue and got immediately sorted out, shout out to the support.

My Kit was sadly contaminated an due to that not working. After ezplaning what happened i got the chance to get a free kit. Very lovely.

Bad customer service about the delay

I ordered some products and paid through bank transfer. I received the validation of the paidment for the order quickly (the day after). However, the actual dispatch of the parcel took an additional week... after dispatch, it took some days to arrive at my home (this is normal and expected). in the end, the parcel arrived too late for my event.. In a nutshell: prepare the order faster.

Good products, maybe packagings are a bit over done, could lower the price a little with less fancy packaging. Transport fast and secure. When something went wrong in the order we were always fully refunded without any problem.

First I want to say thank you for the extra permanent marker strain seed I got in the container. So three out of the four going strong_ish (3/4). Two girl scout cookie seeds I had received both didn't germinate(0/2). Three gorilla glue #4 seeds did not germinate(0/3). Seeds look premature.

Only negative is delivery on the slower side

Egal worum es geht,das Zamnesia-Team macht bei allen Angelegenheiten einen super Job und immer im Interesse der Kunden. Jedes Jahr Geburtstagsgrüße + Überraschung,ständig neue Angebote und Rabatt-Aktionen und auch wenn man mal irgendein Problem hat hilft Zamnesia mit einer passenden Lösung. Beispiel: Hab bei einer Bestellung zwei Artikel anders als bestellt geliefert bekommen.Kontakt mit Support aufgenommen und Zamnesia hat schnell einen mehr als zufrieden stellenden Lösungsvorschlag gemacht. I order here alot of stuff. Only one Time i had a little problem, but the support solved it perfectly. i highly recommend to order here.

First time ordering and there was a error in my address. Zamnesia tried shipping a second time with the same results. Finally discovered a single digit error in the zip code, so the third try was successful. I thank the staff for continuing to work through the problem and going the extra mile to get me the merchandise I ordered. Many companies would have just written me off after the second shipment failed. I'm sold on this company.

But I got my package. Took 9 days. Wasn’t their fault. It was USPS fault.

It was easy, fast, simple, and they are great at responding when you have a question. Will definitely order from them again.
