I order pretty regularly and the actual products are top notch. My only gripe is regarding inconsistent dispatch times once ordered. I have had orders be processed and dispatched the same day I've ordered which was fantastic. However, I have also had orders not be processed for a full week prior to being posted out to me. This can be frustrating. Overall though I do recommend Zamnesia as the quality of the goods is worth it.

Wide selection of products ,I can find what I need, the website has useful information on it and the products are good and kept informed on delivery times and information.

Love Zamnesia. They care for their customers. Excellent follow up for the orders. Once I got two packages, one for free as the shipping had disappeared and Zamnesia sent me another one. Then the previous one "reappeared" but I didn't have to refund or whatsoever. I am never disappointed with the quality of the products. Furthermore, prices are ok regarding the quality of all rhe products. I have been a customer for more than five years, I think, and ordered from nearly all the categories of products they have.
