Responsive and caring customer service
I came across Zamnesia while surfing the internet some years ago. Initially I didn’t bought anything from the site because I was afraid it was a scam, and so years have been gone by with the memory of the site and the doubt in my head. But time after time I found the site mentioned around inside forums and so two years ago I decided to give it a try. I bought some Salvia and a magic mushroom kit, and to my surprise the substances sold on Zamnesia really works! Though my own fault this first time I was not able to obtain more than one flush of the mushrooms, but because I ruined the substrate after the first flush…. More recently I did another purchase, of another mushroom kit and also this time those shrooms blew my mind, this time I was careful with the instruction and followed them very carefully . Unfortunately the second flush resulted in very little mushroom. So I decided to contact their customer service, and they were super nice, caring and fast in their replies. Since I was able to dimostrate them that I followed the instructions for the grow box they give me a coupon worth more than what I spent on this second purchase and also free shipping for my next order, that I’m looking forward to do real soon! I did not put 5 stars only because I think that some instructions and explanations on their site could be more clear, but then again I’m not an English native speaker and I consulted the site in my own language, probably the English version of the site is more cured.
