I switched to zamnesia because I was disappointed by royal queen seeds. The variety of strains is great and the seeds I grew all germinated. I can't tell if the genetics are strong yet since my plants are still in the first week but for now I had a good experience

Whenever i ordered something (i ordered two times lol) it came extremely fast. The customer support was on point, although the only “downside” is that they take 2 business days to reply but you (probably) need an answer quickly. But when they reply they give you a good answer and also provide with a link that gives you EVERYTHING needed for your product. 10/10 will buy from here again.

Had a couple of orders with no problems. I will use again ;)

No sé si es casualidad o a lo mejor ustedes han cambiado. Soy cliente desde hace varios años de Zamnesia. Hago compras regularmente y tengo la web como referencia en el mundo canábico. Siempre he estado súper contento y es el motivo por el que soy cliente regular. Últimamente no tuve buena experiencia, porque perdí compras por haber utilizado el método de pago que ustedes promocionan (transferencia bancaria) al llegar los pagos un poco más tarde que si pagara con tarjeta, y el trato posterior no me ha gustado. Los problemas han empezado cuando comenzó a responder un tal “Ludo”. De todas formas supongo que habrá sido algo puntual. Pero es el motivo por el que doy poca valoración. Espero seguir siendo cliente, y que ustedes sigan ofreciendo buenos productos y servicios. Muchas gracias. Larga vida a Zamnesia . Best regards

I have been buying from Zamnesia for about 5 years in total. They have been always helpful to resolve issues with prompt communication and in a lot of cases even sending me free replacement products when I had issues out of my responsibility. Cannot recommend them enough.

The Order was fast delivered, Everything was fine. One pack of seeds did not germinate, I've wrote to the customer Service and got a new pack of seeds shipped out for free. Amazing ! Thank you very much!!!
