Delivered at the wrong adress

Had some problems with Seeds which didnt germinate, got an email from zamnesias support team and in 2 instances i got gifted 10 free seeds. Im happy i chose Zamnesia as my Seedbank of choice.

Super happy with every box I bought: - Golden Teacher - nice feeling great visuals - Mckennaii - more trippy more visuals - Mexican - feel good trip (you coud take these anywhere) - Cambodian - they are just starting to sprout...... so easy to grow ! just need a heat mat and some sunlight. hands clean between flushes!

Kits coming too dry an damaged all time lately never used to used be great getting terrible yields only good thing I can say no matter problem zamneisa will correct the problem still not good wen wait like 3 weeks for an item be damaged wait another 3 weeks get sorted then was contaminated so last 2 been bad ill probs get my money back but time effort wasted

The only problem is how long the delivery takes with uk customs and excise

Getting beans from the interwebs always makes me stressed... The package arrived pretty quick. Having the tracking number and link to track the package rules. Have yet to see them grow but with the way delivery went I am certain the outcome will be positive.

Don't have the product and getting sent a review not possible

Ich bin seit inzwischen 5 Jahren Kunde bei Zamnesia und habe dort schon einige Euros ausgegeben. Die Samen sind in einer super Qualität und wenn mal irgendwas war, war der Kunden Support sehr kulant. Ich mag den Tribe und die gratis Geschenke beim bestellen sehr und kann daher Zamnesia jeden weiterempfehlen!

Ordered there a couple of times. Don't have any substantial complaints. Had contact with the Support Team recently cos a product in my order wasn't available anymore. Issue was solved in two day cos I had a follow up question the Team answered and explained in a clear and polite manner, otherwise it would have been one day. One thing that would be great for the future: They informed me about the missing item in German, I replied in German but from there on the conversation was in English. Not a big problem for me but I can see people beeing upset about something like this.
