I have been a consistent and satisfied customer for many years. However, since they switched to using MAERSK for delivery, the quality of their service has unfortunately declined. The delivery period has extended to weeks, which is a long wait considering the short distance from the Netherlands to central Belgium. I don't anticipate a 24-hour delivery, but the current delay is excessive, especially when ordering truffles that aren't kept cool during transport. I have reached out to customer service regarding these issues, but there seems to be no acknowledgement or plans to address the problem. This has led me to consider purchasing from other vendors. They do have a great assortiment.
