package didn't arrive first time but this is due to royal mail being actual trash. package was resent next day and arrived after a week. after 2 weeks had pins and another one had a decent grow. harvested 150g GTs wet first flush, with completely beginner friendly kit and needed minimal help to get growing.

Your service is excellent BUT my package got lost for a while. Seemingly it was brought to the postoffice but I didn't get a notification. Now I know this is not your fault. But now one of the kits (Supa Gro Kit 100% 'Mazatapec') I received hasn't grown at all even though I followed instructions as per the website. So not sure if this is because I wasn't able to use it immediately (like it was instructed on the how to grow page) or if something was wrong with the kit. The other kit I got had a perfects harvest.
