The whole ordering process, from webpage experience to final checkout is smooth and well explained. All steps are clear, and there are a lot of payment options. I cannot think of anything I would improve! As someone who buys from the UK, the final payment has a few more steps, but that is understandable, so not a complaint!

Excellent products and even better customer service. Can't speak highly enough of these guys. They are extremely trustworthy, all you'd need to do is a bit of browsing on shroomery to see they are highly regarded. If you have any issues what's so ever, ask and they shall reply promptly. I followed all steps with my friend who is a biologist and again it didn’t work out. My email still remains unanswered about what we could have done differently or to understand what happened. I am not sure I will try to buy another kit at the moment. I am only limited to 3 per 3 months or so, and none worked properly.

Very good delivery time. Packaging is very discreet and protective. I have yet to encounter a customer service issue so I haven't tested out the Zamnesia approach to problem resolution.

I think Zamnesia delivers high quality grow-kits with a very fast handle and shipping. I recomend other buyers to try their products and the best part is the easy way to pay without bitcoins or bank transfer hassle ( if you don’t want that way of course )

I’m very new to any of this so I’m trying to learn all I can at the moment. I wish I could comment on the quality of the products but I’ve had one failed attempt with *** & trying again now with the *** . What I can say is that the products arrive v quickly in the uk & the Zamnesia customer service are excellent. I found them to be very helpful & supportive throughout the whole process. Hopefully my next review will be just about quality.
