I always have a quick response and they were reasonable when a batch of seeds failed to sprout. They care about the customer which is important since otherwise i would go to the physical stores.

So far the best costumer service, from this company. They are understanding when communicating, The prices are well set, And they are handling orders quick, for shipping. I've used them several time now, an i didn't get disappointed. I wish they had liquid culture, ready to use, instead of just spore prints/syringes and grow kits.
