Excellent customer service. Initially, asked to make an express shipment because I was travelling and didn’t have time to wait. The partner organisation used UPS, which did not deliver to the location and after several calls, refused to change the address of delivery and returned the parcel to the shipper. Zambezia reached out to me right away, asking what happened, and then shipped a new product immediately to a different address, this time with colissimo, without any extra charges. It was always fast and easy to reach them, both by the phone and email. Unlike UPS.

The shopping experience was smooth and intuitive. The delivery was prompt and the instructions to grow the mushrooms easy to follow.

De leveringstijd zijn veeteelt te lang. De moment dat je een bestelling plaatst duurt het al x aantal dagen voor B-Post het oppikt bij jullie en dan daarboven op de tijd die B Post nodig heeft om te beleven. Ik heb nu 3 x bestelling geplaatst en duurt gemiddeld 10 werkdagen , veel te lang vind ik. Als je dan dingen besteld die in de ijskast bewaard moeten worden, geloof ikniet meer in de kwaliteit van het product!

Ich bin mit meiner Bestellung durch und durch Zufrieden, die Webshop Seite ist super Übersichtlich und Einladend, stöber da auch jetzt noch gerne. Lieferung kam echt schnell und auch dort alles super Diskret. Auch mit den Produkten bin ich sehr Zufrieden, die Keimung mit dem SmartStart bekomme sogar ich, als totaler Neuling ohne Probleme hin. Auch die Pflanzen entwickeln sich Prächtig. Also eigentlich habt Ihr 5 Sterne verdient, ich habe nur einen abgezogen da ich in einer früheren Bestellung ein Pilzzuchtset bestellt habe und da einfach nichts draus geworden ist. Um gerecht zu bleiben muss ich aber sagen, das ich mich zwar bemüht habe der Anleitung gerecht zu werden, allerdings auch dies mein erster Versuch war, und es hier evtl. auch an meinen (nicht) Fähigkeiten gelegen haben kann.

Very fast and efficient and good value. I like the way the price was dropped for less packaging, making it more environmentally friendly, and also the drop in costs was passed on to the customers. I started the micro dosing for an intensive and challenging course I'm on and it has been very effective in clearing brain fog and lifting my mood too.

I am very disappointed because the first time i try your pruduct was fine but now your product didn't worked at all. My friend also tried for the first time and he didn't feel anything. I don't know what's wrong please inform me because I spend like ***€ and it's a lot money for an average 19 year old greek .
