Very lucky that I managed to get my package as the website cuts off my first line of adress as I live in a block of flats - like many people do. The parcel was being sent back to the sender. Good thing I work for the post and managed to catch it on time or else I wouldn’t have got my parcel. Products were excellent though. No complaints there. Maybe improve address input for your website ?
I am ASD, currently exploring microdose aids via psilocybin, the kit arrived, however no instruction how to prep/use it. I looked for the information on Zam’s website, to find 3 options of grow bags. They’re wrapped in terminology and i am a novice. Unfortunately i made the fruiting cut too soon as i later discovered the bag wasnt fully colonised. I keep it in my 5x2 grow tent, with a humidifier so temp is stable at 22 degrees, RH is 85-95% outside the bag so internal must be 95-100%. A way to improve i would say dont overcomplicate your instructions by using terminology that a novice wouldnt quite put together quickly. It would help having an instruction card come with the kit, written in steps that are over simplified for novices such as myself. I ordered the jack rabbit variant and just hope the bag colonises more before pinning and fruiting begins. Other than that i love what you guys do and have toyed with this idea for months. Even though this is my third pack of growing mushrooms. Two have been successful but this last batch as only produced four not good enough really I will try a second flush but not hopeful I'm afraid
First time I bought seeds everything went smoothly. Second time my package got "lost" and couldn't get ahold of anyone for 10 days until I called at 4am. The person I did talk to was amazing! Very kind , helpful , and got my package resent. That's the only reason I didn't give 0 star. I emailed, called, left a note on my order, messaged on Instagram.... No replies.. it was a little frustrating and I honestly thought I was going to get scammed. But thankfully the kind representative was able to fix my issue and restored my faith in the company.

I am very disappointed with Zamnesia’s service. My order was paid for weeks ago, delivery is heavily delayed, and no reliable shipping date was provided. Customer service was unfriendly and incorrectly claimed that withdrawal from the purchase was not possible, which is false under EU consumer law. Due to the lack of transparency and poor support, I would not recommend ordering here.

After exchanging approximately seven emails with customer support, I was finally given the following option: “We will provide you with a gift card worth €105. You can immediately use this gift card to purchase any other type of product in our online shop. It will be valid for one year. We will also issue a refund of €97.98 to the card used for payment. This process may take up to 10 working days.” This situation occurred entirely due to the vendor’s fault. The order was meant to be a Christmas gift, yet it did not arrive for Christmas, nor even for New Year. When the package finally arrived, I immediately stated that: the products were expired, and they were clearly not stored under optimal conditions, despite having spent over three months in transport. After contacting customer support honestly and requesting compensation of €150 (only €50 more than my original order), considering: the uninsured transport, the extremely slow response time, and the consistently dismissive and unhelpful replies, I rated the customer service as poor and the transport handling as irresponsible. In hindsight, I should have refused to collect the parcel. By accepting it, I lost the opportunity to properly dispute the delivery. I am now left with expired products worth around €100, which are unusable. I do not intend to take legal action, but at this stage: I have no usable products, no proper refund, and no compensation for damages or inconvenience.
