I've been a Zamnesia customer for almost ten years and I am grateful for the service they provide. But - I wrote a review about a heat guard saying it wasn't always needed in mushroom cultivation due to several factors, mainly the ambient temperature of the room. I was then contacted by a member of support offering me a €*** voucher as I wasn't completely satisfied with the product, which was a pleasant surprise. However, as it turned out, they had another agenda. A week or so after offering me the voucher they contacted me again saying that since they had been so nice as to give me the voucher I should consider changing or removing my review of the heat mat. That's what is called a bribe in plain English, which I find completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Them giving me €*** hasn't changed the fact that the heat mat isn't always needed. End of story.
