My mushroom kit did not produce fruits and stalled (started molding). I contacted Zamnesia support for advice, followed it but it still didn't recover. Zamnesia offered a replacement kit or a 'refund voucher' for other products, which I didn't ask for or even expect would happen - I merely wanted advice to try to recover my mushrooms. That is what surpassing expectations means in customer service. Well done.
