Ich kenne in ganz Deutschland, keinen Laden der so Kundenorientiert ist wie Zamnesia. Egal ob man eine Lieferung verschieben oder ändern will, eine Mail reicht und man geht voll und ganz auf die Wünsche ein. Topp!

I wanted to grow mushrooms, i put a lot of energy for it and nothing. I didnt want to give my money back, you send me a new kit, nothing again.... An other one i had some mushrooms, the quantity was ridiculous, for the price it's really sad... So clearly really bad expérience...

I am carefully cultivating a cactus garden and very much appreciate the variety and quality of Zamnesia's products and their customer service. I only wish the cacti on my wish list would return to stock. It would also be cool if special cactus pots were available with drainage holes and small basin.

Good customer service, quick service. I really like how one gets sent discounts and little extra gifts, it's nice. The one time I had some trouble with my order, Zamnesia quickly offered to send me the same item again. In general I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of their service. Above all I like their affordable prices the most.

Great range of products and quality, but you use hermes and in the UK its horrendous, they abuse parcels and don't even ring your door, they just leave it outside, I've had one of them stolen or just never delivered. I would give 5/5 but the delivery let's it down, the other thing is even though you provide decent tracking information, there's still no way to determine what day it will arrive and this is important when it comes to hermes because if I see the van I would just go out and grab the parcel haha. Other than that you guys are ace
