This time customerservice hasn't been as satiffying as they used to be in the 10 years I've been buying at Zammie's. As a new mushroom grower I reached out to support about my issue with sidepinning. I got a relatively comprehensive reply, but I came up with a couple of more questions. This email was totally ignored. I eventually made my own decisions, but I cannot help thinking if I could have gotten better yield by doing something sooner and with more accurate information, which I never received.
