Im actually from spain, but Im going to try to write this in english so anyone can understand. I am very happy with the experience buying in this site, I had a problem and they were really fast in giving me a solution. I had a problem with one product beacause I made a mistake and despite, it was not their fault, they sent me home a brand new package. They have totally earned a regular customer. I dont usually write reviews but I needed to tell how grateful I am.

Io ero abbastanza incerto su quale grow kit scegliere. Non ho mai cresciuto funghi in vita mia, ma, grazie alle informazioni che zamnesia fornisce, ho imparato un sacco di cose e sono riuscito a far crescere il mio primo kit. Anche se ancora non mi e chiaro perchè sono cresciuti sotto la scatola e non sopra, ma questi sono detagli. DECISAMENTE CONSIGLIEREI AI MIEI AMICI E A TUTTI QUESTO SITO!! Exceptional customer service! The package arrived in perfect conditions and in a short time. The only thing is I would prefer that they highlight the various categories of grow kits they have. I was quite unsure which grow kit to choose. I've never grown mushrooms in my life, but thanks to the information zamnesia provides, I've learned a lot and managed to grow my first kit. Although it is still not clear to me why they grew under the box first and not above, but these are details. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS AND TO ALL THIS SITE !!
