Not that I'll stop being a customer, but I have to downgrade. Stuff is being added to my basket and I'm told that I have to pay for it. When I explain I never ordered it and I know that they don't deliver the product to my country, I get an email saying "we don't deliver to your country" that's not really an issue. I just hope whoever is tampering with my account doesn't have access to payment details. Nothing has gone missing from my bank account so maybe it's a glitch. But that needs to be addressed. The delivery?.....is painstakingly slow, they need to use a courier service, the extra few euro is well worth it, so if you are off mainland Europe plan 2 weeks ahead. In saying that they do deliver, and the products I buy are of excellent quality. They give plenty of discounts and freebies and I have and will recommend friends, and I'll definitely shop again. *This review is to try improve the service, not to insult anyone*
