Excellent service, efficient and fast

I had a product with good quality but low output. The guys from customer service first helped me troubleshoot and then offered me a new kit, because it seemed that i did everything right. but i forgot to take pictures of the problem with the kit. this still wasn`t a big issue. super cool service and very friendly. take in mind to take pictures when you are contacting the customer service with a problem : ).

Fast delivery and great service.

Fast shipping and good prices. What stands out though is their amazing customer service which replies very quickly and in a super helpful way. My second grow kit didn't flush after a month, so I contacted them to verify what could have been the issue with It. After figuring out the kit was probably defective, they offered to ship a new one of my choice for free. It's a really professional company and I couldn't recommend It enough.

Excelent product and very fast shipping.

First payment in euro, then 3 next in RSD... so i have to pay "change tax" on every order. I discuss with the support, which replay "not on our side"... I made the 3rd order with another card, and the 4th with another computer... anytime, same : on euro checkout, but rsd on 3d secure payement gateway... But, if i made 4 order, it's still because the seeds and offer from zamnesia are really good, time from order to delivery is under a week, in proper clean shipment... without problem. I order 4 "auto mystery seeds"... had 4 really good strain to test... a realy good surprise

I have been a zamnesia customer for 4 years now. I have almost always been satisfied with the products delivered with really short delivery times. The few times when the product was defective, I contacted the after-sales service, which was always very sympathetic and offered me a solution so as not to be harmed. I recommend to anyone looking for a serious and efficient site of this type.

Very fast delivey in Greece.

Very happy with my experience, just reordered a new micro dosing batch. Made a huge difference in my anxiety, that I thought that was moderated, and realizing now that's under control with the micro dosing protocol, that was actually quite severe. Been doing it for 1 month now and noticed improvement in my anxiety from day one and kept on improving from then. I feel more optimistic and driven (although I was never depressed), I feel more attentive to the present and less worried about the future. Still waiting to see results on memory, but I guess it may take longer to notice the effects. Overall it's being a great experience, but I would advise for better results to meditate as well (I haven't done it yet, but i can understand how it would improve and maximize the results). Shipping is quite fast.

Before I contacted the customer support in regards of a question that I had, I read the reviews from previous customers and therefore already expected a decent reply. What I did not expect though was the incredible warmth and quality that I received when the people behind amnesia got back to me. Not only did they answer my question in great detail, they provided me with information far beyond that. They got back to me in such a thoughtful, helpful and considerate way that I found myself just being amazed and also a little shocked, because that's not what you usually expect from customer service. Clearly, you can feel the passion of the people behind amnesia for what they're doing rather than just wanting to sell their products

Updated review. Zammesia sent me a new kit for free because first kit was contaminated. The second kit only had two flushes, and I'm sure it wasn't contaminated. No smell or weird colours. 14 gr dried in total. I was a bit disappointed. But the staff in zamnesia they will not stop until the see one happy costumer
