Ordered a grow kit. After four weeks nothing was showing so I send an Email to the Support Team. Within one day they replied, asked me to send them a step by step description of what I did with the grow kit (set up, daily routine) and also some pictures of the current kit. I did that and again they replied within one day, telling me that it wasn't my fault and that I could choose between a new grow kit of my choice or a voucher billed the same amount the original grow kit was price wise. I got the new grow kit, that I chose within three days. Set it up a few days ago. Let's hope for the best. Service and online communication 5/5!
