Everything i bought was perfect.fast delivery even though the covid situation. package was discreet. :p

Soooo I ordered the "Fresh Mushroom Kit (Golden Teacher)" but was following the "Zamnesia Grow Kit" manual. I really dont know how it happened, i think I just stumbled on the homepage looking for instructions (so for anyone who might be as stupid as me, watch out for that :D ). After contacting support, they made it clear what I've done wrong and were so f****** generous to replace it... for free... can highly recommend zamnesia <3! Much love!

The plastic bag would be better if it didn't have holes at the bottom but it works fine. Be patient.

We had a little problem with a grow kit but Zamnesia Staff had reply in super fast and kindness way and replace the product. All the guys are helpfull, kind and patient. We love this site.

Rapid shipping, good prices, and quality products are the minor things to say. The big thing for me was that Zamnesia so much helpful information held, especially for newcomers like me. I felt safe, and confident with Zamnesia’s online help. The one downside I saw was unfortunately a major one, and it is that the products must be bought in a certain, largish amount for them to BE shipped. This, and the sizes of the packaging cause for an awkward situation for someone like me who does not take these kinds of products often, only sparingly. I have to buy more than I can consume in one sitting in order for the product to be shipped to me, and for some products, the opening of a single package causes anything within that is not eaten in that first sitting to quickly lose potency and edibility. I know this is a marketing “****” they use, but if they could change it so that their customers had a higher choice as to how much they wish to order, I would give Zamnesia a 5-star review.

I ordered two products on this site but suddenly they arrived damaged. I wrote to the client service and they offered me two options: they could give me a voucher of the exact import that i spent for the two products (so i could but whatever i wanted on the site), or they could send me again the two products for free. I chose the second option and I'm waiting for my new order to arrive :)

I want to take a little of my time to thank correctly this website for what it helped me to achieve. Thank you Zamnesia to have open my mind to new worlds, new possibilities, explore my conciousness. Your customer service always answer fast to any question I had to ask, there is always a little attention in your packets that make me smile, and any time I had a problecm with your products, you took everything in charge. After years of using your site i never had a bad ecperience. I just wish the institutions in my gouvernment behaved as politely and professionally than you.

Pre-Brexit, I did all of my shopping for exotic items through UK stores, and being unwilling to pay customs tax I started checking out European sites to meet my needs. I only discovered Zamnesia recently, but I must say that I am very impressed with the vast range of products that they stock and the competitive prices offered. The website is very easy to browse, and a wealth of information is provided on all products in their extensive range, with many very helpful videos on a wide range of topics easily accessible for the less experienced customer. You could easily spend hours browsing the site and learning about the different products. My order arrived in very secure packaging, and I was surprised at how fast it arrived. The packaging was very discrete, with no indication of what it contained, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Where Zamnesia really excels is in its customer service. Based on my experiences, it is clear that the customer service staff have received professional training. All of my questions were responded to promptly, and I was provided with all the information I needed, in a very friendly and courteous manner. When I was unlucky enough on one occasion to receive a defective product, I contacted them, and had a reply within an hour
