The growkit I ordered never worked, but they replaced it when I emailed them. Had problems with the replacement and was again offered a replacement or the value returned to my account. The customer service has been excellent, if the products a little lacking.

I've had a bad experience with one of their product (not everyone did),after writing a review on that product the customer sevice contacted me and asked me more questions to understand the situation, at the end they gave me a small gift as a sorry gesture which is a nice, i will certainly continue to buy good products from them again !

Fantastic customer service! I have bought grow kits from Zamnesia before and had amazing results, although the last kit i purchased became contaminated. I contacted Zamnesia about the problem and they were super quick to respond, very helpful and gave me new Grow Kits to replace it. My Grow Kit 'McKennaii came to me in very bad condition (it was very dry). After soaking and 12 hours of thermal shock, he gave only two flushes of a few cubes. After that, I have no objections to shipping.

Amazing customer service!!! Very understanding, they got my problem and fixed it straight away. I highly recommend their service, website and products. WATCH OUT!! : If you buy a SUPA GRO mushroom kit, don't soak it into the water, this is not the same instructions as the basic ones!! My mistake... haha. Just check on the website, you will find all the instructions about it. Anyway, thank you Zamnesia for your help and efficiency!!! Have an amazing one :)

We ordered the mushroom grow kit for the first time. I’m a mushroom enthusiast and the kit was a great birthday present from my boyfriend. Since this is our first time growing, of course we made some mistakes. Originally I thought the 2 growth periods in the bag were for 2 weeks- making the total time 4 weeks. However when I went to move the bag to a standing up position I saw that the mushrooms were HUGE and I mean enormous. We re-warched the Zamnesia mushroom grow kit video and found out error- instead if 2 more weeks they were all done. But the spores have released. Are they still okay to consume even though they are covered in spores?
