Amazing customer service!!! Very understanding, they got my problem and fixed it straight away. I highly recommend their service, website and products. WATCH OUT!! : If you buy a SUPA GRO mushroom kit, don't soak it into the water, this is not the same instructions as the basic ones!! My mistake... haha. Just check on the website, you will find all the instructions about it. Anyway, thank you Zamnesia for your help and efficiency!!! Have an amazing one :)

We ordered the mushroom grow kit for the first time. I’m a mushroom enthusiast and the kit was a great birthday present from my boyfriend. Since this is our first time growing, of course we made some mistakes. Originally I thought the 2 growth periods in the bag were for 2 weeks- making the total time 4 weeks. However when I went to move the bag to a standing up position I saw that the mushrooms were HUGE and I mean enormous. We re-warched the Zamnesia mushroom grow kit video and found out error- instead if 2 more weeks they were all done. But the spores have released. Are they still okay to consume even though they are covered in spores?

Thanks Zamnesia for your excellent customer service. I recently purchased NL seeds, i had an issue regarding my order so i contacted them. Ordered 2 boxes, other one was perfect but the other didnt start to develop any shrooms so I contacted Zamnesia. They sent me a new one and I could even choose any strain I wanted to replace the defective one! Now I'm waiting my colombians to arrive. Zamnesia was ready to help me to get the shrooms to start growing but the box was defective.. Thank you zamnesia for being awesome!

Never used the website before so was slightly wary. Wholecelium.com had stopped shipping mushroom kits to the uk so i chose these guys instead. Amazing customer service and very high quality products. If you have any questions for them they literally bend over backwards for you and they definitely saved my ass on a mistake i made with my order! Amazing website and amazing team. Highly recommended!

Ordeed a grow box arrived in real good time and the set up is fairly straight forward. Also had some queties rgarding an order for spores and i found the Zamnesia team were really responsive! Would defo reccomend

I’m unable too order anything. It keeps telling me to sign up which I already have! I didn’t expect too be stressed on a website for 3 hour been messed around. They Even give me a discount code for signing up But now saying I haven’t signed up? And I’ve message them back Gave them the information which I also gave them when I signed up and they haven’t got back to me yet. ⬇️
