This is hands down one of the most helpful companies you will ever meet in terms of customer service. To be honest I had a bad experience with 2 kits and contacted them in a fit of rage, ranting about money and time wasted. Despite this the staff were thoughtful and considerate, they took the time to explain the problems with the kits (which it turned out was my fault). They were ridiculously supportive by educating me on the correct process and even helped me with 2 replacements (which is above generous) and further advice for when they arrive. I will be shopping nowhere else for these speciality items in the future. Thank you Zamnesia and Especially Kirsty in the care team who is a perfect example of what going above and beyond looks like!!

Ordered a Gro Kit which turned out to be defective from the start however when I contacted Zamnesia, they were very apologetic and offered me a number of resolutions. Happy with the service and will use again
