Pre-Brexit, I did all of my shopping for exotic items through UK stores, and being unwilling to pay customs tax I started checking out European sites to meet my needs. I only discovered Zamnesia recently, but I must say that I am very impressed with the vast range of products that they stock and the competitive prices offered. The website is very easy to browse, and a wealth of information is provided on all products in their extensive range, with many very helpful videos on a wide range of topics easily accessible for the less experienced customer. You could easily spend hours browsing the site and learning about the different products. My order arrived in very secure packaging, and I was surprised at how fast it arrived. The packaging was very discrete, with no indication of what it contained, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Where Zamnesia really excels is in its customer service. Based on my experiences, it is clear that the customer service staff have received professional training. All of my questions were responded to promptly, and I was provided with all the information I needed, in a very friendly and courteous manner. When I was unlucky enough on one occasion to receive a defective product, I contacted them, and had a reply within an hour

Great seeds so far, of 8 seeds germinated, 5 have grown. I’m taking things slow, not no great experience, but everything I’ve ordered, has turned up discreetly and quickly. Still growing 3 plants from a Buddha seeds mystery pack, and 1 freebie seed “Zamnesia Critical Cheese” Cheese is almost ready, and a Buddha Syrup also near harvest, is insane smell. Got some nice seeds to start next time, expect good results

Long time Zamnesia customer, I had never had a problem with any of their products until recently.
