packaged orderd in Nov 2025 arrived in January -product expired

After exchanging approximately seven emails with customer support, I was finally given the following option: “We will provide you with a gift card worth €105. You can immediately use this gift card to purchase any other type of product in our online shop. It will be valid for one year. We will also issue a refund of €97.98 to the card used for payment. This process may take up to 10 working days.” This situation occurred entirely due to the vendor’s fault. The order was meant to be a Christmas gift, yet it did not arrive for Christmas, nor even for New Year. When the package finally arrived, I immediately stated that: the products were expired, and they were clearly not stored under optimal conditions, despite having spent over three months in transport. After contacting customer support honestly and requesting compensation of €150 (only €50 more than my original order), considering: the uninsured transport, the extremely slow response time, and the consistently dismissive and unhelpful replies, I rated the customer service as poor and the transport handling as irresponsible. In hindsight, I should have refused to collect the parcel. By accepting it, I lost the opportunity to properly dispute the delivery. I am now left with expired products worth around €100, which are unusable. I do not intend to take legal action, but at this stage: I have no usable products, no proper refund, and no compensation for damages or inconvenience. Shocking customer service

One week after placing my order and it hasn't even been dispatched. I contacted customer service and received an answer (three days later) that due to changing warehouses there are dispatch delays of at least a week. None of this was disclosed prior to purchasing, and now they're refusing to cancel or refund orders despite these crazy delays. According to the discord there's a backlog of over 4000 orders, yet zero transparency, support or compensation given to customers. And they continue to advertise sales and discount codes with such an insane backlog, and zero warning of the delays? Terrible customer service.

Customer support is non-existent

Fantastic experience—right up until I paid. Great selection, good prices, and a functional website ***l you into a false sense of security. Then half your order vanishes into the void and customer support perfects the art of non-response for over a week. Judging by their Discord, this is less of an exception and more of a business model. Still, huge credit to them for consistently sending daily promo emails. Clearly that department is fully staffed. Avoid unless you enjoy donating money and waiting for nothing.

Terrible Service. They don’t reply back and not even shipped order yet.

Still waiting for my order. Customer Service do not reply back. States on website ships 2-3 days, then had an email saying there moving warehouse and will try to ship within a week. Around 11- 12 days now and it’s still stating preparing order. Really disappointing service, customer service have not even replied to my email.

The person who replied to my ticket was called stan

He’s confused saying I shouldn’t add water to my mushrooms I ordered 2 kits One for leaving in the fridge / soaking then putting in a bag with water The other nothing to be done with it I stated the one with the bag provided had a whole in it from the paper clips You only get paper clips with the ones you assemble and water I replied to the ticket late as didn’t see the reply it’s yet to be completed

Very positive and rewarding experience.

Strong seeds, very good costumer support (with pleasant solutions), and orders come packaged nicely. Mystery boxes don’t disappoint either (which says a lot about a company in my experience) I wouldn’t know what to say otherwise. They make you feel appreciated as a costumer and the whole tribe program turns it more personal and rewarding. I have a feeling everybody enjoys their work over at Zamnesia, and you feel this as a costumer. 5/5.
