This website is amazing and the customer service is the best I've come across anywhere!!!! Only site I would use to order stuff like this from however I'm very upset because they don't ship shroom kits to the UK. Been waiting till pay day as get paid monthly(waited a while) only to find out they don't ship to UK. I have a load of money I was going to spend but now I'm just upset. You can't get shrooms in UK as nobody has them 😂 then I see in the news that Amsterdam is going to ban tourists from buying smoke at coffee shops. The world's becoming a joke at this point. My money, my life, I feel like people should be able to spend there hard earned cash on whatever they want to be honest, it's my body.

I got pretty excited when I found your site. I've been on a mission to find a grow kit that's fully colonized with mycelium....I even had some truffles in my cart to hold me over until my own mushrooms were ready. Then I go to checkout and nope, you guys don't ship to me! So much disappointment! I do like tour site though, tons of great info!

My experience with Zamnesia left me speechless. Probably due to incorrect use on my side, I did not experience the desirable effect, so I wrote about it in a review on their website. To my surprise, a customer service representative reached out to me to try and understand the issue, and committed to their client's satisfaction, offered to send me again, free of charge, another package. I'm pleasantly impressed. I did not complain or expected such thing from them but this level of service gave me a lot of confidence in this business so no doubt I'll become a good and regular customer.

Zamnesia is really very serious with the packaging, the customer service and the quality of their products. I often get mushrooms in their shop. Always incredible experience. Hi there Ordered now a few times at Zamnesia. overall good quality Products and if you encounter any flaws like grow box doesn´t gro w just write them and normaly they can help you either with a few tips or in the worst case the replace your faulty product. 15/10 will buy again!

Unfortunately no shrooms from my first flush. Think they may have been in transit for too long due to covid brexit restrictions. However the service from zamnesia has been 10/10 i have to say. Im gutted its not worked, but they sent a fresh order out for free and hopefully this one delivers. Obviously its not always guaranteed you get a grow but im happy with how it's been handled.

I've ordered quite a few seeds over the last years and I cannot say how happy I am with Zamnesia. After one little altercation with a bad batch of seeds (can happen to any company) I got a big and worthy refund. You can't always control whats inside the seed, but you can definitely control how you deal with a customers problem. Trust Zamnesia!
