Being an absolute newbie at this, was quite nervous, but know that there will be no result if you don't give it a go. I had checked out a number of websites and Zamnesia bounced off the page at me. So off I went sweeping through an extensive catalogue and choosing a type of seed, which I think suits what I require. Ordered, payment made, and fingers crossed 🤞 waiting for postie to arrive with my goodies. A few days later box pushed through letter box, snatch from posties hand to muffled tones of shock. Opened box, took the first packet of four seeds, snipped off the top, emptied out onto a saucer, 😲😞😡, only two seeds. Made tentative steps to Zamnesia, not really having much faith how my complaint would be received,🤔. Boom💥, a hour or so later an email from Zamnesia asking how they can help. Couldn't get my breath. Explained the situation and sent the required info. Sorted 👍😁. Treated like a human, first class service, can't fault them, I'd of give them 5 Stars, but there was a cockup,😁. Well done Zamnesia 👍👍👍.
