Always good quality products, when something goes wrong they are very helpful and customer services answering time is half a day, very fast delivery aswell, good range of products. My go-to webshop for everything Cannabis/Shroom/smoking tools related Can't recommend more

I use hydro system and had some issues with a few seeds I ordered to Zamnesia, within the year. After I told them my surprise and grief with the seeds, the Customer Service quickly ansered me. They asked to put in details how I proceed from germination to harvest, with what kind of material, water quality... Very soon after I gave them back the process I follow, they finally told me it may not be the best way to do, gave advice to read their method (as I already did, but I mix up with the shop owner's advices bc it is his own material) and said this is not their entirely responsibility but as commercial gesture, they sent me new seeds for the ones that didn't come for the last 12 months...

I messed up my kit by following the wrong directions on the site and Zamnesia’s customer service were super quick to answer all my questions and offered to send me a new kit. Absolutely amazing customer service. Probably the best service ever !:D

I purchased a grow kit from here and unfortunately it was defective but spoke to the customer service team who talked me through some troubleshooting and when nothing seemed to work offered a replacement.

the best. I don't know what I would do without zamnesia, they have everything and it delivers so fast. You can buy both eyes closed from zamnesia, i've never been disapointed. In case there is an issue, zamnesia support is all you have heard and more, they will answer you quick and take care of you.

After a couple of months waiting for fruit from what turned out to be a defective kit, I contacted Zamnesia and after a brief questionnaire, they re-sent my original order free of charge. It arrived within 5 days to the UK. This time the kit is showing more signs of life and I am grateful the the customer service team (Jeffrey in particular) for assisting me so brilliantly.
