What fantastic service, lovely people, excellent products. They respond so quickly to any queries and in a friendly, approachable way. Even replaced a grow-kit that didn't grow due to me following the wrong instructions. Cannot recommend highly enough. In a really difficult world, these guys are a ray of sunshine. I have dealt with Zamnesia for many years. I was rarely dissapointed with products and when i was, i was plentifull reimbursed by a ready and available customer service team. Also i an very impressed about the vast variety of products, they have everything imaginable, even some unimaginable products.

Always got what I wanted and a little more. Packaging is packed well. Few orders from me and not one problem, I'm a customer for life. I hope this shop continues on. Not one problem with product quality too, I recently noticed lots of information about all sorts of stuff, very interesting worth a check out.

Zamnesia has a very good customer support team that are quick to respond and very helpful, I had problems with my delivery and they were very helpful. They also have a nice and easy to use website with good products.

Really good customer service. I had ordered supagrow kit with golden mushroom. Due to some problems barely few mushys came up (25 grams) in 1st flush and nothing there after. I sent an email to Zamnesia and they were quick to solve it. After answering few questions, they came to the conclusion that there might be something wrong with the kit so they gave me a voucher. Haven't used it yet but will definitely order again.
