It's the first time I've ordered with Zamnesia and ordering is very straight forward and easy ,delivery was fairly quick. I did have problem with my products as could be with natural stuff ,so I contacted costumer service and got a Quick response and Zamnesia proved to be a reliable and professional business resolving my problem . Happy with this company and will definitely order again.

I have purchased products from Zamnesia in the past and was satisfied everytime, but I feel compelled to review my last experience. I purchased a highly rated product but was disappointed with the results, I then contacted Zamnesia to find out what might have gone wrong. They replied immediately and were incredibly helpful with diagnosing the issue (which was caused by me). Zamnesia customer service taught me how to handle & store the products properly and how to use them effectively. This might have been my best experience with any customer service department in all my 28 years! Thank you Zamnesia! You guys are going gods work during these chaotic, and stressful times.

Great customer service, according to me, begins with listening and trying to understand the problem - and this is what I experienced with Zamnesia’s support. I can be quite picky with customer support, but when I feel heard I feel happy! 2 of 4 ordered grow kits ended up not producing anything and when I contacted Zamnesia I was asked to respond to 7 questions for each of the 2 kits, which was a great way for them/us to get to the root of the problem. And for them/me to learn so as to avoid repeating it in the future. After all was said, done and investigated Zamnesia kindly decided to replace both kits and I am impressed, happy and will remain an even more loyal customer and an ambassador. Well done and thanks!

Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with my order in which it did not get delivered. I contacted Zamnesia's customer service and not only did they apologize but re-ordered my product free of charge and I received the product within a week. Excellent.
