Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with my order in which it did not get delivered. I contacted Zamnesia's customer service and not only did they apologize but re-ordered my product free of charge and I received the product within a week. Excellent.

i really want to thank zamnesia,that despite the name "z Amnesia"they never forget their customers, their first issue,is to make people happy in anyway always,i love this team,they care in what they do,and they do with passion,so i defenitely recommend,i assume that no one has never been disappointed so far thank you zamnesia to exist

These guys are amazing. I ordered a McKennai grow kit which did not yield any sizeable harvest. I reached out to their customer support, sent them a few pictures of what happened, and they suggested I put water in the kit overnight. Even though it failed again, they offered to send me a new kit or a voucher. Suffice to say I was really impressed by how they handled the situation, I will surely be a return customer!

I ordered a Golden teacher growing kit but I realised that I didn’t read carefully the instructions, so I didn’t start the kit when I received it but waited 2 weeks. When I noticed that I should have stored it at least in the fridge to preserve it, which I didn’t do, I contacted the customer service to know how to behave next. They have been so nice to offer to shop me a new kit for free! I am really grateful and amazed, of course will carefully read all the instructions this time!

In my opinion zamnesia is the best seedbank in the world i had a nasty problem witb my propogation of seeds they replaced them and pointed me in the right direction on the proper way to get thebest propogation method ie use there seed propogator2 the shipping is allways spot on i neliebe this is tje best seedbank..
