Really disappointing comms Zamnesia! Hope they show me why to change to 5 star review. After credit card details taken & given order number they message saying waiting for payment. 3 messages asking them if they took money every time they ask if I paid!!!!!!!! ***

Simply great - ordering here since years and never had a bad shopping experience. Every package reached its destination. Prices are fair and low, Sales are hot and topped by cool giveaways. Even if help is needed the outstanding customer support helps fast and accomodating. If you have problems with the seeds or product you bought simply contact them and wait for feedback - guess you will be very happy receiving. I truly wish every online shop would have such a userfriendly and helpfull service.

We had troubles with our grokids and had to contact the service center of Zamnesia. Here we experienced the best service one can think of. Competent and very friendly staff helped us out and gave us a very generous refund on a dysfunctional kit. We felt very well treated :-)

Been using Zamnesia for about 4 years now, and don't even consider using any other company even if the prices are competitive. The products are great, but like in any other business, stuff can go wrong. Me being unlucky ***, got stuff going wrong several times, just to find the best ever ever customer service in my 42 years of existence, so far always able to turn my luck around. Been recommending this company to so many people and just recently placed another order to be once again surprised with exceptional quality both in products, delivery time and the custumer service. 5 stars bcs that's the maximum available. Very good service! I had a problem with the spores vial that I've bought. And they proposed to replace it with another one after verified everything. All process was within 3 days. Will see about the quality of the new one but 5 stars for the service!

Great and fast customer support. I got an bad batch and i asked what could have happend they thought it bad from the beginning and they then offered me a replacement or a voucher. All in all it took a couple pf days.
