With the best team possible working! My beloved pax stopped charging. Could in no time get clear instructions how to report this and got a ticket reference. They were clear in their communication & always sooo nice, many stores could take an example from these and learn how you keep a customer happy. I have bought stuff from other smartshops, stuff that was not good but not possible to share this review with other customers,at least not via the productpage itself. This does not give a good feeling about the company. With zamnesia you get not only a great layout and reviews on products sold on their website, you also get a little extravwhen buying something. Its childish but cant help liking it, if its now stickers, lighters with their cool logo, blunts or similar. Thank you! The whole process was a pleasure and i am so buying more products from zamnesia. And if im lucky it brakes and i get to chat with the wonderful zamnesia crew again! ***, ***, *** - toppers, bedankt voor een top service!

I'm giving 5 stars because the answer was straight forward and clear. The only thing is that the shipping costs weren't that clear on the website (maybe because I only changed country when I was paying) but I like how you put scratch cards for things to win. Keep it up.
