Everything arrived intact, is thriving and growing. When I had an issue during delivery customer service responded super quick and even offered to send a replacement free of charge. Very happy!

Ordered two times. On both occasions I received my order within a week. However, the second delivery brought me a wrong item, instead of the one ordered. I quickly wrote their support and got the choice of a either a coupon and free shipping on my next order or they send me the missing item again free of charge. Overall, a very pleasant and supportive shopping experience.

The client service is just the best. I got my growing box, fully refunded and they propose me new box of 1200ml of mycelium, which is higher price because my box wasn't growing normally. Thanks for your best service, seriously, i appreacite it. Most of clients service, is not so effiency.

My first order was the Fresh Mushroom Grow Kit "Mexican". Incredibly easy to cultivate, and amazing results. I was eager to try the McKennaii, but the Fresh Kit was out of stock, so I ordered the Supa Grow Kit. Unfortunately that Kit had not been activated from the start and no buds appeared. I contacted the customer service for help and they are not only incredibly fast with their replies but super helpful as well. They are now sending me a new Kit free of charge so I get to try the McKennaii that I had purchased. I cannot emphasize enough how great the customer service is, in case you have any questions or whether something went wrong with a Kit. I will definitely return as a happy customer and I can say I have definitely found the perfect provider. I will keep recommending Zamnesia to my friends and anyone who is interested in the magic
