Great products and an excellent customer support! I have ordered from Zamnesia a couple of times in the past and everything was flawless. Fast shipping and awesome product quality. If you have questions or doubts about your purchase, there is always a nice, friendly member of the support team willing to help and answer your questions. One time, one of my grow kits became contaminated, so they gave me a voucher of the same value + free shipping to buy a new one or other products from the store. Very important to have a sterile and clean environment. I honestly can't recommend Zamnesia enough! Thank you, Z!

I got a GT Supa Gro kit that had not grown at all despite of following the instructions very accurately. They were fast to replace it with a new one. I would rather not have all those brochures that they put in the package Update: The new one already shows pins after 7 days

Zamnesia is just perfect! I could not use a giftcode due to an error with my pc. And the next next day the code was expired. I wrote to Zamnesia and they easily fixed it for me. You are great Zamnesia and the customer support!

Ordered twice, no delay, everything wrapped up properly, had a problem with my growing kit but after a quick emails exchange so they know what happened, they decided to let me choose between sending me a new equivalent product of my choice or a voucher. The team has been really nice and comprehensive of the situation, so all in all I absolutely recommend Zamnezia !
