I have always received high quality products from Zamnesia. I had one growkit that did not work out. I contacted Zamnesia and they reimbursed me for it with a voucher for a new growkit + free shipping. Very quick and good costumer service.

After only few hours after I submit my request about a promotional code who didn't arrive on my mail box, they answered me kindly. They proposed me to add extra gift to apologize the bug on their website. I accepted because it worth 2 times the value of my promotional code. I really recommend this shop for their attention and human dedicated side.

This review is all about Zamnesia's great customer service. Got some problems with the ordered product and even though it was not Zamnesia's fault, the team was really fast in taking charge of my email and offered a replacement that's already been sent. You can really tell these guys care about their customers.

hi there,i have to really thank the zamnesia team,becouse they really care about they clients,i'll be brief,i bought a month ago three grow kits,and by accident they went bad,so i was mad about it,yet i thrown all away,then i was contacted,by the zamnesia team,and they've been so kind,to replace the kits for free,amazing and highly professional,very recommend ed, great company thanks guys!
