I contacted customer service because the delivery address on my order had been incorrectly entered (confusion with the billing address). I got a helpful answer within 24 hours. The order was finally delivered to the right address. So that's a good rating for customer service - but the online site could be improved on this particular point (addresses management)

After years of desperate search for a Company who offers Quality Seeds, iam glad that i discovered Zamnesia some years ago. Ordered a product it got sent out to my personal address no courier came to deliver it at all. They sent it bk to holland, spoke to the great customer service they issued a replacement order and got it sent to my local parcel pick up point where this time I'm able to collect it where this time the courier service could not, not get my local newsagents address wrong and deliver my parcel there for me to collect.. it's only just taken nearly 6weeks now but zamieisa's understanding of this matter was excellent and resolved this issue with no fuss hopefully should receive my parcel by weekend. Thankyou zamnesia, but please think about wot courier service you use in the UK when customer's ordering here to maybe use other courier like royal mail or even allowing special delivery service or even signed delivery for parcel would gratefully help customers as courier's say they have delivered your parcel when they don't ever even attempt delivery as you've been in waiting all the days they said they've tried to deliver. Plus also leave a calling card if they do ever find your address in the end zamnesia?? Thankyou so much zamnesia for resolving this matter and for filling my order and can't wait to receive my order this weekend and shall hope to buy more products in the near future. Many thanks. ***

they offered dhl shipping, but it went to regular mail. which i specifically told them not to. package got confiscated by customs. and ofcourse the shipper can decide which carrier will be used. don't pretend you only have the mail option. Like ups or dpd are gonna forward their shipment to bulgarian post, thats ridiculous. i know nothing about seeds, but all about shipping

I have had a super experience with the zamnesia client service as my package arrived a few day late due to the covid19 crisis and when i contacted the Zamnesia-team, they tried to find a solution with me and even offered me a free refund which was luckily not needed afterall as the package arrived eventually! Always happy to buy here again!
