Wonderful customer service and great assistance! I had the supply , covid causa, maybe few days late and my seeds do not germinate well. Promptly the customer service answer me and after some questions they resend the material. Very good assistance!

Very good and responsive customer service. I recently received two grow kits out of which one was contaminated with mold. After giving them a detailed description of the problem and sending a couple of photos, they have promptly dispatched a replacement.

ZAMNESIA is the best shop ever. I buy seeds, mushrooms and many other stuff. All things are great and the price is realy okay =) My last offer...2 grow kits of mushrooms. They are contaminated!! =( But no problem for Zami...they are replace the boxes...at free!! =) BEST SHOP EVER....!!

Excellent customer service, both Micky and Tara have been more than helpful and cooperative. I had a problem with one of my supagro kits and they agreeed to replace it for me and also talked me through all the procedures of have to attain a successful grow and harvest. Have brought kits from them a few times previoulsy and they have all been great with amazing harvests and highs! It has been a pleasure dealing with them. I just hope the UK changes its legistation again and soon so I can continue buying from Zamensia!

I ordered The Golden Teacher mushroom’s and I have to be honest, was a bit disepointed in the flushes, first one was average, second and third flush was really small. Got around 30 grams of dried mushrooms.. Have only tried a really small trip so far, but it was really nice! The quality of the much rooms are amazing ! Ps The grow kit was supa Grow. The custom service at Zamnesia is great. They really take care of the costumer !
