No worries, everything is clear, not like at Weed Seed Shop. And Zamnesia makes you a gift like free seeds if your order is quite big. So to make some good advertising to them i also included T-shirts with their "colours" to my last order. Long life to Zamnesia / death to weedseedshop (shame on you dronkers' staff).

After 3 weeks of waiting on my order that got lost in the mail, I contacted Zamnesia, got a reply next day and received a replacement. Today I received the lost first order :) and the replacement just started pinning first mushrooms... My rating: 6 stars Zamnesia, keep up the good work!

I was very pleased with the customer-service, after the growkit I ordered was apparently defect, I got new growkit free of charge right away after explaining my problem. But sadly I cannot say the same about, the product which I ordered (McKanai) large growkit. The amount of Mushrooms I was harvested was very little and seemed more close to the amount which I would get out of a regular small growkit. Im currently waiting for my second flush, but it does not look promising. The for stars are only for the service, if I would rate the product it would be more like two stars.

I bought a box for growing mushrooms from Zamnesia, which turned out to be infected for some reason, took a photo and contacted the support service. the support service processed the request very quickly, solving the problem even faster, sending me a new box for growing, which in turn gave me 4 waves of very large harvest.
