I was very disappointed with their service.
I am very disappointed with this store’s service and their approach to customers. When placing the order, it was clearly stated on their website that the items would be shipped within 2–3 business days. However, after completing the order, I received a message saying that due to issues with their warehouse, they would not be able to ship my order for at least a week.
Since I will be going on vacation in a week and will not be able to receive the delivery, I tried to cancel the order. After calling customer support, I was told that the order could not be canceled because it was already “being prepared,” even though they themselves admitted it could not be shipped within the originally promised timeframe.
I find this practice dishonest: promising fast shipping, then failing to meet those deadlines and refusing to cancel the order when the delay makes delivery impossible for the customer. I am very dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend this store due to poor communication and lack of customer-oriented service.
