Ordered a home grow kit. Delivery was prompt and instructions available were very helpful. Unfortunately had a slight issue with mine but customer support were fantastic and resolved my issue immediately after asking a few questions.

At first, I would like to start this with my mistake, because I did not read the instructions, and the cultivation kit did not work as planned, and the Zamnesia team offered me money back or a new kit, this is the first surprise for me And second was customer support! I got the second growkit and suddenly first kit gave me couple of mushrooms and Zamnesia team supported me with all necessary information by chatting with me via email. Very quick and with step by step explanation. Definitely will recommend this company to everyone from beginner to top consumers!

Amnesia's been great. It is amazing how quickly things can progress with deregulation of the laws concerning cannabis (in every country but mine) and how comprehensive your site is. I started just buying seeds, and when germination failed you replaced those seeds rapidly. I loved the free grinder, posters of the award winning buds of really great strains, the advent calendar all of which came with the few purchases I have made. I don't have many needs and I'm amazed by the variety in your e-shop but what I really love are the forums animated and topics elaborated on by so many talented experts. Basically your shop fulfills every need of my inner psychedelic hippy child. Thank you.

Service & speed of shipping was great as usual. As for the products, I had few boxes of different strains. I was pretty sure that 2/5 were aborts, but after 3 weeks they turned out more harvest than the ones with faster fruitation.
