I had a few issues with the mushroom kit, but that was sorted with no problems. A voucher was issued and redeeming it was easy. The only little hitch was getting the collection address into the order. It could have been finger trouble, but it was sorted. Great service and fantastic staff!!

Made a couple of orders with these guys now and so far the service has been on point. Delivery is fast and descreet. Products are on point. And whenever I had a question the customer service has been fast and helpfull. I also like all the extra vouchers they offer. Will definitely put them to use on future orders

Excellent service, fast delivery, fantastic product. Very happy and will use Zamnesia again and again. Sadly when I try to buy the same products again it says ‘oops you flew too high’ so I’m concerned these products are no longer available. After writing my initial review, I had not contacted support. Support read the review and reached out to me! They are Amazing! I have never had customer support from any company like it! They rectified the issues I had and went above and beyond any expectations I had. I cannot recommend this company enough. Whatever you need, Zamnesia has you covered. If you have any issues with products they will bend over backwards to assist. If all their Staff are of the calibre that I have had dealings with you cannot go wrong, at all!
