To be honest, this is the best shop with the best people from the support team, they know their products, they explain and answer very well to all the questions, and even if there is any problem they are here to fix it ! So even if you sent them a mail like a day before, be patient, they will respond precisely to help you.

Outstanding communication ,great service easy to pay , I basically ordered some seeds what got lost in the post somewhere , I emailed zamnesia and they responded within a couple of days , I explained what had happened and they immediately apologised and sent me some replacement seeds , very good service would 100% recommended to anyone .

We opened 3 packages and followed the instructions given by the website. Nothing happened, we are really disappointed. There's still 2 left (one the truffles are very black inside) not tested yet...

I’ve had a really positive experience with my Zamnesia grow kit. After 3 weeks I got a nice harvest of mushrooms. The Zamnesia customer service has also been excellent with very prompt replies to a couple of questions I had.

Very bad packaging with microdosing truffles. When opening one dosage the others which are not separated well enough become exposed to air (truffles are fresh) which makes the whole thing go bad. So instead of 6 dosages you only get to experience 2 or 3.

Zamnesia won me as a permanent client. I had an order that was twice lost by the courier service and they replaced it every time. They also sent it by UPS at my request and it finally arrived. 10 stars for Zamnesia's excellent customer support

SIMPLY EXCELLENT something unexpected came up with a product but the fantastic staff has provided immediately to sand back the same product but totally free and they was really kind with me!! I had a very good time with Zamnesia and I recommend everyone to use this wonderful site! (I'm not english,I'm sorry for any grammatical errors)
