Great website easy process

i ordered 2 products, both were available when i ordered but at the end only one was after i paid. It's ok to have a stock issue of course, but what i don't like is that they didn't offer a refund they gave me a coupon even that i ask for a refund. That's a customer policy i hate, because i'am not going to do anything with my coupon, and if i order something to use that coupon i will have to pay more on top. You can have a problem it's human, but then you repair it in a way that please both part.

Very speedy, well packaged, any issues were sorted instantly over email. Wee bag of goodies free also! :D
